The Lions Club of Colombo Continental Excellence conducted the Monthly Mobile Diabetic Clinic for Yakkala villages on July 5, 2025, at Susumedharamaya Viharasthanaya, Kirikithamulla, Yakkala. The program was organized by the Lions Club of Colombo Continental Excellence, funded by Lion Bahar Nayan, and coordinated by Lion Dr. Fakeeha Nooman. A total of 12 patients participated, receiving free diabetic check-ups, health consultations, distribution of medicines, and guidance on diabetes management. The clinic specifically supported individuals unable to afford regular medical care, ensuring timely and essential health services. This initiative reflects the club’s ongoing commitment to public health, community welfare, and the promotion of Lionism through effective humanitarian service.
