The Lions Club of Colombo Continental Excellence successfully implemented the project “Motivational Fun Games to Develop the Mental Health of Children” on 9th July 2025 at Wonder Kids Pre-School, Kahatowita, Gampaha. The program benefited 15 children, focusing on strengthening their mental well-being, social interaction, and emotional resilience through engaging motivational activities and fun-based learning.
The initiative was carried out under the leadership of Project Chairperson Lion Bahar Nayan and Project Coordinator Lion Lady Dr. Fakeeha Nooman, with full financial support from Lion Bahar Nayan amounting to LKR 10,000. A total of 10 Lion Hours were contributed towards the success of this project.
This service activity reflects the Lions’ commitment to nurturing the next generation by promoting mental health, happiness, and confidence among children, thereby creating a positive and lasting community impact.
