On 5th July 2025, a special Ashirwada Bodhi Pooja was organized at the Bellanvila Raja Maha Viharaya under the leadership of Project Chairperson Lion S.M. Pradeep Sandaruwan. The program was carried out as part of the club’s focus on humanitarian assistance, image building, and signature projects.
The event commenced with a religious ceremony seeking blessings for peace, unity, and the well-being of the community. Following the Bodhi Pooja, breakfast was offered to the Lions who participated symbolizing gratitude and fellowship.
This meritorious event served approximately 2,300 people with a total project value of Rs. 23,000
The event was graced by district governor as the chief guest along with the participation of several distinguished guests including the cabinet secretary ,GMCT coodinater,cabinet treasure and GST coodinater.
Through this initiative, the club not only upheld spiritual and cultural values but also strengthened the bond of fellowship among Lions, contributing to the betterment of society.
