The Lions Club of Maharagama Golden City, under the leadership of Project Chairperson Lion Anne Senevirathna, organized a Nutrition Dinner and Gift Distribution on 22nd July 2025 at Sujatha Elders Home, Maharagama This meaningful project was carried out under the service area of Hunger with the participation of 15 eldersThe program included providing a nutritious dinner valued at Rs. 7,500, a dessert valued at Rs. 2,000, and dry rations including rice, dhal, sugar, and milk worth Rs. 20,000, amounting to a total project value of Rs. 29,500 The presence of Region Advisor Lion Nimal Premananda as the Chief Guest added great encouragement to the event. Through this initiative, the club extended love, care, and support to the elders, ensuring not only their nutritional needs were met but also bringing them joy and ccompanionship.
