As part of its ongoing commitment to eye care and community health, Lions Club of Colombo Diamonds conducted a vision screening program at Lankarama Temple, Wadduwa, offering essential support to individuals with impaired vision. Following the screenings, 100 pairs of prescription spectacles with protective cases were donated to the beneficiaries, helping them regain clear vision and significantly improve their daily quality of life. This impactful service project reflects the Lions’ enduring mission to preserve sight and ensure equitable access to essential vision care, particularly for those in underserved communities.
