On August, 2025, to mark Nikini Poya Day, I prepared and distributed 30 meal packets and yogurt cups to beggars and needy individuals near the Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya. My family members supported me in carrying out this service. A total of LKR 25,000 was spent on the project, with 15 Lion service hours contributed. This was a truly meaningful and valuable service, as many people living on the streets struggle daily without the means to buy meals and without anyone to care for them. The Lions Club of Colombo Continental Excellence was proud to extend this act of compassion to those in need.
