Wheelchair and Dry Food Donation
On 17 September 2025, Lion Shantha Lal of the Ratnapura Lions Club generously donated a wheelchair valued at Rs. 55,000 to a terminally ill woman. Alongside this, a dry food package was also presented to support her daily needs.
This act of service was carried out in the presence of Lion Ashoka Pelpola and the Club President, Lion Dr. Chaminda Jayawardena, who also extended their support to the initiative. The donation reflects the Club’s dedication to uplifting individuals in need and its continued commitment to serving the community with compassion and care.
