Blessing Ceremony at Saman Dewalaya – September 13, 2025
On September 13, 2025, the Ratnapura Lions Club took the lead in successfully organizing the blessing ceremony at the historic Saman Dewalaya to mark the visit of the newly appointed District Governor Lion Gaya Upasena.
The Club assumed full responsibility for making the necessary arrangements, ensuring that all aspects of the event were conducted in an orderly and dignified manner. This included preparation of the venue, coordination of ceremonial activities, and the smooth facilitation of proceedings throughout the day.
