Mr.Priyadarshana of Arawwala , Pannipitiya a father of three children was tragically disabled in a road accident which resulted in the amputation of his right hand and severe disability of his right leg.Responding to his request for assistance Ln. Sampath De Silva charter president of our club who lived in USA and his family extended their ssupport .They came forward with generosity and compassion to sponsor this worthy cause bringing much needed relief to Mr. Priyadarshana and his family .They donated Rs. 80000/= to Colombo friend in need society to prepared artificial hand. On sep3 We hand over to Mr. Priyadarshana. We provided transport, breakfast and lunch for him. The colombo friend in need society also appreciated us. In our endeavor to sustain and develop our commitment towards destitute people . This contribution is invaluable and much appreciated by the board of management of the colombo friend in need society .Project chairperson is Ln. Sampath De silva
