The Lions Club of Colombo Ceylon Legends organized a humanitarian service project during the Sacred Relic Exhibition of Lord Buddha and Arahants held at the Seela Nikethanaramaya Temple. As part of this religious and community event, the club members served herbal medicine drinks to the devotees who visited the temple to worship and pay homage to the sacred relics. The herbal drinks were prepared using traditional natural ingredients with the aim of refreshing and energizing the visitors who attended the exhibition throughout the day. This meritorious act was carried out under the leadership of Project Chairperson Lion Prabash Thilakaratne, with the active participation of club members. The project reflected the club’s commitment to both spiritual and community wellbeing, combining compassion with service. Organizational Benefits: Promoted the public image of the Lions Club as an organization that cares for health and wellbeing.
