To coincide with International Children's Day, club distributed grocery packs and stationary to childhood cancer patients at Apeksha ospital, Maharagama, Sri Lanka. There were 30 children and 30 Parents who are bystanders looking after the respective children. District Governor and 2nd Vice District Governor were in attendance. The stationary packs consisted art books, colour pencils, chalk, erasers, pencil sharpeners etc which would enable to spend their free time while in hospital. I have to mention that visitors are not allowed to visit the wards and the parents came out to take over the goods.
