Lion Karmal and Lion Umesh conducted a service project at Delkanda Bodhi Maluwa during the district visit of District Governor Rathnapura Saman Dewalaya. The beneficiaries were 25 children from an orphanage who were in need of educational and daily use support.
The donations included school bags, exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers, erasers, and other basic stationery. In addition, essential daily items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, towels, and similar necessities were provided. The project aimed to assist the children in continuing their education comfortably while also improving their personal well being. The program was carried out with the support of Lions members and aligned with the service objectives of the club.
