The Lions Club of Homagama Supreme proudly carried out the “Moment of Care” project on 30th October 2025 at Jayawardana Elder’s Home, located at No. 364, Batahena Road, Magammana, Homagama. The project, chaired by Lion Sriyan Salinda, was a meaningful act of kindness dedicated to honoring and caring for the elderly residents of the home.
Around 22 mothers and fathers residing at the center warmly welcomed the Lions members. The day began at 11.00 a.m. with friendly conversations and entertainment that filled the atmosphere with happiness and laughter. A delicious lunch was served, prepared with love and shared among all, creating a truly touching moment of togetherness.
Through this initiative, the Lions Club of Homagama Supreme demonstrated their continued commitment to community service, compassion, and uplifting the lives of those who once cared for others turning the day into a beautiful celebration of respect, care, and humanity.
