The “Food for Street Dogs on Poya Day” project was successfully conducted at Udahamulla from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. under the leadership of Project Chairperson Lion Shalani.
During this compassionate and meaningful service activity, food was provided to more than 50 street dogs in the area. The project aimed to promote kindness towards animals and raise awareness about the importance of caring for stray animals within the community.
The event was carried out smoothly and received positive feedback from residents and participants. It truly reflected the Lions’ spirit of service, compassion, and dedication to all living beings.
