Description

The Lions Club of Colombo Diamonds organized a special three-day leadership development program designed to inspire and guide school children toward becoming future leaders. The program included interactive workshops, motivational sessions, group activities, and team-building exercises. Students learned important life skills such as communication, decision-making, teamwork, and goal setting. Experienced speakers and Colombo Diamonds Lions Club members shared their knowledge and experiences to help participants build confidence and leadership qualities. The Lions Club of Colombo Diamonds aims to continue supporting youth development through such meaningful initiatives.
