Project Suwadivi, organized by the Leo Lions Club of Colombo Uptown Eminence, was a compassionate initiative carried out with the aim of uplifting the environment and wellbeing of patients at the Ayurvedic Hospital, Rajagiriya.
Focused on the Paralyzed Patients’ Ward, the project involved repainting and renovating the beds and lockers to create a cleaner, brighter, and more comforting space for long-term patients. Through careful planning and hands-on effort, members worked to transform the ward into a more dignified and healing environment — one that reflects care, warmth, and humanity.
This initiative not only improved the physical surroundings of the ward but also showcased the club’s commitment to meaningful service aligned with the motto Lead, Serve, Uplift.
