A community development and environmental support project was carried out by providing 50 coconut plants to selected beneficiaries. This initiative was implemented with the objective of promoting home gardening, improving long-term food security, and supporting sustainable livelihoods within the community.
The coconut plants were distributed to families who can benefit from cultivating them for future income generation, nutrition, and environmental conservation. By encouraging tree planting and agricultural self-sufficiency, this project contributes to environmental sustainability while helping communities become more resilient and self-reliant.
This meaningful activity reflects the Lions Club’s commitment to community development, environmental care, and sustainable service, creating long-lasting benefits for both people and the environment.
