A general medical check-up and medication administration program was conducted to promote early detection of illnesses and to provide essential healthcare services to the community. Qualified medical officers and healthcare staff carried out comprehensive health assessments, including blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, and general physical examinations. Based on the medical findings, necessary medications were administered and prescribed to patients, along with proper medical advice on dosage, lifestyle adjustments, and follow-up care. Special attention was given to elderly individuals and those with chronic health conditions to ensure safe and effective treatment. This service project significantly contributed to improving community health, preventing the progression of untreated illnesses, and enhancing overall well-being. The initiative reflected the Lions Club’s dedication to compassionate service, preventive healthcare, and community support.
