The Rathnapura Lions Club extended Christmas and New Year greetings to all Lions Clubs by successfully implementing three meaningful projects in line with Lions Hunger Week.
1@By purchasing greeting cards from the Helpage Institute, the proceeds were utilized to provide a nutritious meal for underprivileged parents.
2@ ආ deserving family member was selected to write the addresses on the greeting cards, and a nutritious food pack was provided.
3@This initiative also strengthened the image of Lionism and enhanced fellowship among Lions.
These projects were carried out in support of Lions Hunger Week on 2026.01.04, with the participation of Cabinet Secretary Lion Chandana Mahanama.
