The distribution of medicines to treat and prevent communicable diseases for flood victims was conducted on 05 December 2025 at the Leela Withana Elders’ Home, Warapalana. A total of 10 beneficiaries received essential medical support through this humanitarian initiative. The project was chaired and funded by Lion Saddath, with Dr. Fakeeha Nooman serving as the Project Coordinator, and was conducted by the Lions Club of Colombo Continental Excellence (CCC). This initiative was carried out with a total of 12 Lion service hours and reflected the Lions’ commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of vulnerable communities affected by floods.
