The Lions Club of Colombo Diamonda successfully organized a Leadership Development Programme at Kottawa Ananda Maha Vidyalaya the school with the aim of developing leadership qualities among students. The programme focused on building self-confidence, communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility. Through motivational talks, interactive sessions, group activities, and practical exercises, students were encouraged to identify their strengths and become responsible future leaders. Teachers and Lions Club members actively participated and guided the students throughout the programme. The event concluded successfully with positive feedback from students and school authorities.”
