On 27 January 2026, a full-day lecture programme was conducted at the Taxila Higher Education Institute for approximately 1,000 students sitting for the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination. The programme featured lectures delivered by three leading lecturers in the country. The event was fully sponsored by the Lions Club of Ratnapura, with sponsorship provided by Lion Bandula Wijesinghe, and media sponsorship was extended by Sarwavahini TV.
