This administrative mission, led by GST Coordinator Dr. W.L. Chamila Priyadarshani, focused on the Institutionalization of Service—ensuring that the club’s intellectual property is integrated into local government frameworks for long-term impact. Following the synthesis of our Hingurakgoda health mission data, I authored a professional Project Impact Report to serve as an administrative 'Audit Trail.'
In my official capacity, I represented the Lions Club of CCA in a formal session with the Mahamaya Grama Sanwardhana Samithiya. The core administrative objective was the formal handover of our Digital E-book and specialized health protocols to the Village Development Officer. This act of 'Knowledge Advocacy' establishes a permanent administrative link between our club and the regional government, ensuring our service trajectory is documented, sustainable, and integrated into the official community health resource map.
