Description

The Lions Club of Elvitigala Victory Eminence donated two megaphones to Welikada Prison to support prison officers in their daily operations. These megaphones will enable Officers to effectively communicate with inmates during assembly, roll calls, and emergency situations. Clear reliable communication is essential for maintaining order, ensuring safety, and facilitating organised gatherings within the facility. This small but practical contribution strengthens prison management and supports the dedicated work of prison officers. Chief Guest District Governor Gaya Upasena.
