The Monthly Religious Appreciation Program of the Lions Club of Colombo Continental Ambassadors, organized by Lion Chamari de Alwis with the support of Lion Chamika Perera, is a meaningful community initiative that promotes religious harmony, mutual respect, gratitude, compassion, peace, and spiritual well-being. At the conclusion of the Bodhi Puja ceremony, Lion Chamari provided refreshments to everyone present. Conducted monthly at different religious and sacred places across Sri Lanka, the project brings Lions and communities together through respectful acts of devotion, cultural appreciation, and service. The initiative supports SDG 3, SDG 4, SDG 11, SDG 16, and SDG 17, creating stronger and more harmonious communities through faith, love, respect, partnership, and service.
