In commemoration of World Elders' Day (October 1st), the Lions Club of Ratnapura New Century Lions Club organized a special community service program on September 29th at Nethsetha Lions Hospital, New Town, Ratnapura. ​During the event, the club members provided complimentary morning meals/breakfast to over 200 senior citizens who arrived for eye screening tests. The main objective of this initiative was to celebrate and honor our elderly community while supporting smooth, hassle-free eye examinations and medical assistance at the hospital.
