In recognition of Elders’ Day on 1 October 2026, the Lions Club of Nugegoda Legacy provided a full day of meals to the eight elderly residents of St. Luke’s Home, Nawala. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were sponsored at a total project value of LKR 14,000. The project was coordinated by Lion Rohan Fernando, with club members visiting the home to support the distribution and spend time with the residents. The initiative aimed to provide both nutritional support and fellowship to the elderly community on this special occasion.
