The District Governor (2019/2020) Lion Binera Jayawardana was the chief guest District Cabinet treasure, Past governors, Region chairpersons, Zone chairpersons participated.The Governer LionBinera contributed to 250 plants Others were provided by Lion Chamath C.Jayalath District environment head. through the planting of locally appropriate tree seedlings or saplings

Donation of a Wheelchair BY L.C of HOMAGAMA DIAMONDS

A resident in Pitipana, Homagama had made a request on behalf of his mother to the Lions Club of Homagama Diamonds and had communicated about the disable condition. Therefore the necessary steps were taken to donate the wheelchair. The request was made by M.L Kulathilaka 11/4 Pitipana South, Homagama.

Took the Elders of "Charles & Rosalin Fernando Elders Home" on a pilgrimage to Anuradhapura Atamastana and alms giving for the elders who remained at the elders home, to give them a sense of calmness and to make them feel the Love and Warmth of our Lionisom. Participated 5 lions,5 outsiders & 58 Elders on 1st October 2019 started at 4.30am ended 8.30pm.
