 Project Title/Activity Name: Yoga Work –shop for women Date: 20st September 2019 9.00a.m to 2p.m. Place: Kottawa Ananda College (Main Hall)  Project Manager Lion Chandani Guruge (# 5115951)  Object- 1. Mainly to give a knowledge to women how to lead a healthy living. (The scientific master-system of Yoga in Daily Life teaches how to achieve good health.) 2. With the intention of Improving the concentration, creativity and sharpens their memory. And to maintain a positive physical and mental health.  Importance Woman is a foundation of a family. Her health is of prime importance. But unfortunately it is her heath which gets neglected the most in mad rush of day to day life. This type of workshops much needed platform to maintaining their heath by learning more and practicing to prevent from non-infectious deceases and share the same with their family. Region Chairperson. -Lion Rohitha Fernando 2. Six Club members (Including President, Secretary and Treasurer) 3. Three Teachers, children, Parents, and some visitors (More than hundred)  Children show their talents and by playing musical Instruments, Dancing and songs. They were gifted and both parents and children were served by refreshments.
